The Event
Lure cigars will release the 2025 edition of their Jolly Walleye on March 7th at Humidor Fine Cigars in Dothan Alabama. Join Lou Cross, the owner of Lure Cigars, and discuss all things Lure Cigars and the cigar industry in general.
Lure Cigars was launched in 2023 with two core lines, a Corojo Oscuro and Habano. In the two years since starting his business, Lou has added the Big and Lil’ Joe Oscuro, a double maduro, and the Brown-E-Trout Maduro as core lines.
Limited releases from Lure include the annual Last Cast, a full-bodied Connecticut Broadleaf, the newly released Slim Jim, and holiday season Jolly Walleye.
Finally, Lure offers a small vitola cigar that packs a big punch called the Fish Stix. It comes in 5-pack resealable packs that fit nicely in your tackle box or golf bag.

Lure Cigars Catch and Release LE Series holiday habano blend is offered in one vitola a light chocolate brown, smooth and oily a Habano 2000 wrapper. Over an Ometepe binder, and Esteli, Jalapa y Ometepe (ligero) filler tobaccos.
The Jolly Walleye 2024-26 features a black primary band, as well as a dark-green secondary band featuring the name of this Limited Edition cigar.
The Slim Jim features a dark and delicious Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper over a binder from Esteli with a selection of premium Nicaraguan filler tobaccos, including Jalapa, and Ometepe ligero. The strength of this cigar is medium-full, and that power is matched in flavor.
