Black Label Trading Co. Morphine

Black Label Trading Co. Morphine is a full bodied, small-batch cigar. Rolled at Fabricia Oveja Negra in Nicaragua. The Morphine has a San Andres Maduro Wrapper over a Nicaraguan Habano binder and Nicaraguan filler.

Some vitolas have a strip of Ecuadorian Maduro wrapper to create a subtle barber pole effect. Tasting notes often describe dark roast coffee and espresso complimented by black and cayenne pepper. With undertones of dark chocolate and various sweet accents such as black cherry, root beer, or anise.

The Morphine builds from a medium to full bodied cigar from the first to final third with good construction and decent smoke production. It pairs well with dark rums, robust bourbons, and, for a fun change of pace, a tropical mixed drink with rum or fruity contrasting profile.
